Nicholas Hunter Garcia

 Attorney

Nicholas Hunter Garcia is the founding partner of Hunter Legal Group and a Los Angeles native. Before opening his own firm, Nick gained valuable experience as a clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and as a prosecutor at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and the Torrance City Attorney’s Office. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of court cases and gained valuable insight into exactly what it takes for a case to be filed, prosecuted, and brought to trial. As a result, Nick is able to identify weaknesses in cases brought against his clients, often long before those cases go to court.

Nick earned a scholarship to attend the USC Gould School of Law where he discovered his talent for trial and developed his passion for criminal justice. While still in school, Nick traveled to Sacramento to lobby for multiple criminal justice reform bills that ultimately became laws and was also honored by California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra, for his achievements.

Prior to attending law school, Nick was an undergraduate at UC San Diego where he graduated with honors and earned his bachelor’s degree in communication.
